DAAS $15 000 Dollar Fund Raising Raffle
by Thomson Fontaine

The Dominica Academy of Arts and Sciences (DAAS) is offering eleven lucky persons a chance to win thousands of dollars in prize money. DAAS recently announced the holding of a huge $15 000 raffle, which was to be drawn on July 2, 2005 but has since been moved to December. In addition to the single $10 000 grand prize, ten other winners will have a chance to walk away with $500 each. Organizers are limiting the number of tickets sold to only 3 000 to dramatically improve the odds of someone winning the grand $10 000 prize.

All funds raised through this effort will assist DAAS developmental projects in Dominica, including in the areas of education and disaster relief, while enabling DAAS to better fulfill its mission of creating a database of Dominicans committed to and involved in Nation building.

Tickets cost only $20 USD and can easily be purchased over the internet. Persons wanting to assist in the development process in Dominica while at the same time wishing to test their luck with a $10 000 prize can simply go to http://da-academy.org/memberfees.html , click on the Pay Pal link button and indicate DAAS $10 000 Raffle on our secure payment server.

Checks or money orders could also be sent directly to:

P O Box 27254
Washington DC, 20038
Tickets will be mailed to the address indicated within five business days.
