Ceremony to mark official commencement of Petite Soufriere-Rosalie road - November 18
A ceremony to signify the official commencement of work on the Petite Soufriere-Rosalie Link Road is carded for Wednesday, November 18th 2009 in the afternoon at Petite Soufriere. The length of the road is 2.6 miles or 4km.
The President of Dominica, Prime Minister, Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit and other Members of Cabinet and officials from PetroCaribe are among those expected to attend this major event.

That's a great project. It looks like a short distance but that's rough terrain. I've hiked that area. Its beautiful costal scenery. this might lead to hotel development.
