Delegation from the Rosie Douglas Foundation and Academy of Sciences Visits Dominica

Dr Clayton Shillingford of the Rosie Douglas Foundation and the Dominica Academy of Arts and Sciences recently headed a three-man delegation to Dominica to hold discussions with government and various interest groups on Dominica.
The delegation informed the Dominican people of plans to pursue alternative energy generation on Dominica, the setting up of a bank, the launching of the National Development Fund, the Diaspora Symposium in October and other activities of the organizations. The other members of the delegation were Dexter Newton and Dr. Thomson Fontaine.
