CIT Airways CEO Blair Webb.
Fort Lauderdale, Miami (TDN) -- Controversy continues to swirl around Blair Webb one of the key individuals connected with the proposed opening of a new airline in Dominica, Caribbean Island Transport (CIT). He is listed as the manager on documents filed with the state of Florida.

Webb also known as Larry Love was in 2005 active as Product Development Director of Remac Tours Ltd., of Speightstown in Barbados, promoting a grandiose scheme for a fast ferry service between Barbados, St. Lucia, Martinique, Dominica and Guadeloupe.

By 2008 he teamed up with a United Kingdom partner, Claire Nadine and registered a company in Antigua under the name Antigua Palm Ferries Ltd., located in the George Piggott Building, Market Street, St. Johns. The company was purportedly set up to offer a fast, inter-island catamaran service but, like in the case of Barbados, nothing materialized.

Barely a year later, in August 2009 Webb through his partner Claire Nadine set up another company in London, Elite Yachts ltd., (luxury yacht charters) at a domestic address* in Poplar a working class district of London with him listed as a director.

By September of the following year the company is subject of a court order, forcing it to be wound up and to this day is still in liquidation.

As CEO of CIT Airways Ltd., Blair has now registered the company at an address in Ft. Lauderdale, which turns out to be an accommodation address, shared with at least thirteen other companies with a phone number that is registered to premises in Pompano Beach.
