Roseau, Dominica (TDN) -- Kenny Alleyne a former general manager of the National Development Corporation (NDC), now Invest Dominica Authority has died.
Alleyne died on Sunday December 23, 2012 about a week after been admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital ostensibly after suffering a heart attack.
He is the brother of the former acting head of the OECS Court of Appeal, Sir Brian Alleyne, and local attorney, Peter Alleyne.
Alleyne served for many years as general manager of the NDC in the 1990s.
