Is the Prime Minister serious about an investigation

Judging from some of the statements being made by the Dominica Labour Party (DLP) Spin doctors and persons who call themselves classical freedomites (to somehow sway true freedomites to support them and their selfish exploits with this corrupt and incompetent government) I say to them, I know that it is sometimes painful to face the truth of the leadership of this DLP Administration and I know you feel more comfortable basking in the bliss of self induced ignorance.
This so called investigation into the bin saga has the assumption that a procedural standard has been breached. However, this government does not conduct its business according to the Procedural Standards established by General Orders etc. Senior Council did speak about these well established procedures when he headed Committee Good and Accountable Government.
This Skerrit led Administration has created a dilemma for civil servants, in particular Accounting Officers. So why is The PM and his spin doctors wasting time and resources pretending otherwise? This is no different to the civil servants preparing the cheques for the red clinic or monies being given to pal reps for their constituencies' projects or monies given to village councils or monies paid to persons who did not suffer damages from the passing of Hurricanes Dean and Omar.
Who are the accounting officers involved in these types of transactions. That type of management is the creature of this Labour Party Administration that is bent on breaching the procedures to protect tax payers; this type of abusive procurement practices will flourish whenever a nation and its people have dropped their guard down to an administration that flaunts accountability and good governance.
Why has the FS not taken actions? What about the AG? What are the roles of the AG and the FS here? Are they not the public officers who are being paid to be the guardians of the people to protect them from unscrupulous politicians.
It is too late to protect them now. They got away with the Susan Oldie and the Citizens for a better Dominica. The PM got away with defrauding government of its rightful taxes on land purchased. The vehicle donated and the list goes on and on!!!!
This investigation is an attempt to maneuver their way out of this and/or to DECLARE that another MISTAKE was made.
From what I have observed, this thing walks like a duct, quacks like a duck and looks like a duck without having to get money to buy a quart of paint to colour it to look like a duck.
I know for a fact that it is not a sisserou.

HE IS TAINTED. HE OUGHT NOT TO HAVE BEEN "DIRECTED" BY HON PM SKERRIT TO INVESTIGATE. THAT IS ALTRA VIRES THE CONSTITUTION. CLARENCE KNOWS IT. PM SKERRIT DOES NOT. THE ONLY THING PM SKERRIT KNOWS IS HOW TO MAKE CORRUPT DEALS.

Skerrit should be talking about getting the taxpayers money back. What crap is that. This PM is proving to be the worse thing visited on Dominica. God help us. First it is drugs from Venezuela, money for passports, and now stealing from the Treasury. What next? political murders????

Girl this is a mafia story. Skeritt and this gang is putting Al Capone, Lucky Luciano, John Gottey and the rest of them mafias to shame. This scheme is so elaborate it will take a special squard to untangle it, but it will be untangled by any means necessary. We really need the help of the FBI, they have the access and can trace what else is happening with this account. At least we can establish one tow facts so far, it didn't go to Logistical supplies, because there is no such company in existence, and it went to Andre Dopwell in PA in his private account. What else is being transcated in this account heaven knows, that's why we need the FBI.

Michael, true and accurate analysis....thanks for speaking and you association with the Domninica Freedom Party makes it even more credible because this is the only and trusted credible political party and government Dominica has ever had. The DFP has protected Dominica`s money. Michael I feel that you should print your article and the following comments and post to the PM, All cabinet ministers ( includng those so called converted skerrittites -------Savarin, Sonia, Maynard etc) and let their conscience work on them...maybe they will wake up from the surgery from intensive care.
The list of questionable deeds, open corruption is so visible that it will take more that a trip to Cuba for eye treament for most politically blind Dominicans to see. This labour party is corupt to the bone and I feel also that a FORMAL letter should be sent to CHAVEZ inforning him that if he visits Domninica under these circumstances that he is supportng and party to corruption of the Skerritt led adminstration and therefore not welcomed to Dominica at this stage, and also getting involvd in our internal political and election process. The DFP should initiate this letter on behalf of all Dominicans and copy this leter to the press...CANA...BBC....CNN....NDC.....FOX....BBC Caribbean News...Barbados etc. That will certainly keep the mometum up . Under Patrick John something similar was done by teh Trade union and it had effect.
