Now I can tell everyone that most Dominicans are stupid...choops.

Yow...It's DLP not DFP you fools...Congratulations to the Dominica Labour Party!!!!!

What a comment....As a Dominican even if you are against the DLP and their policies, that is a very reckless and selfish statement. I hope that you are not a Dominican and just an observer then I will give you the benifit of the doubt.

That was a majority who exercised their right and made a decision to continue the development of Dominica. We as Dominicans need to get together and supprt the development of the country for the benifit of our children and their children children.

One Love Dominicans...And God Bless the PM and his new cabinet when he announce it on Monday.

It is now time for Prime Minister Skerrit to take to task all the traitors who sought to place fear in the hearts and minds of fellow Dominicans to turn against him. I hope he takes legal steps to make them prove their alligations of corruption. This proves you can fool some of the people some of the time but not all the people. Bravo Dominica you have proved you can think for yourselves and not be influenced by those who were the corrupt ones and also those who did little or nothing for D/ca when they were in position. Congratulation Mr. Prime Minister, may God guide you achieve.

It's too late, the damage is done and the people are divided. Those who have eyes to see have seen and things will never be the same.

The people of Dominica has spoken - They have overwhelming choosen Roosevelt Skerrit over the hatemongers. God is not asleep!!!!!!! One got to hand it to the hatemongers - they really tried. Now its time for them to get the message and shut up. Dominicans do not believe the allegations of corruptions or listen TO you as you squeal not fair for practices you yourselves engaged in during past elections. We are just happy that the violent you were signaling for did not happen. You did stop some members of the Diaspora from coming in but that did not matter. The labour party did just fine - fantastic in fact. Dominica enjoyed a peaceful election and the DLP has once again been given a mandate. So like the kids say - IN YOUR FACE SUCKERS!!!!!

Who laughs last laughs best.

Now maybe Gabo can appreciate that the Dominican People are happy with the way he was treated by the DA Govt.

Shirley Allan, Gabriel Christian, Clayton Shillingford and the rest.
This result shows that hatemongering and the "Crab in the Barrel" does not resonate with the masses of Dominica.

This oneline news medium has become a bastion for Skerrit lynching. The people have spoken,

going.... gone... sold... chavez taking over those dumb...minicans

I am not a dominican but i have been there things i have done chances i have taken been out and about alone i wouldn't do it where i am from and the development that i see its great crime rate is low the prime minister deserve's to win another term in office he is doing a good job

stop the sour grapes behavior.those who refer to dominicans as stupid, well i guess a fool will always recognise another.

Thanks to Dominicans who voted vastly for the continued development of Dominica. My people may be considered stupid by some but common sence ruled the day. Very soon I want to return home and now I am rest assured with the current government back in office that will be possible....to everyone who played a significant role in the continued success of Dominica by working tirelessly during this election...just to mention a few...PM Skerritt..Tony...PRO Simeon.... Krazy...Charlo...you all have been keeping those abroad informed...Thank you...MF

where is shirley now? Gabo, Lennox Linton, Matt Peltier and the rest? Yes, the people have spoken and have taught you guys a lesson! Dominicans know what is good for them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and that is the Dominica Labor Party under the leadership of Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit!

Labour power,go skerrit God be with you.

Have you all seen what happen to antigua? when they wanted change. We moving forward we going to be the next island in the caribbean to contend with.Continue the good work mr prime minister.

Labour Party has to say a big "Thank you" to Gabu, Shirley, Lennox, Angelo, Trevor Johnson et al; your continuous rantings and ravings got the electorate so mad they showed you who had the ultimate power. The revolution will not be won from the keyboards of diasporan fingers...the people have spoken. Clear de way we have a country to build..forward we go.

Good luck with your building...let's see you do it with the fools you have down there.

I am so disappointed in Dominicans. It is so sad to see just how easeily bought you guys could be. Shame on you all.

de skerrit bubble will burst fast than u guy think... remember 1875 when PJ won a landlide? or even in St.Lucia when the labour party won all the seats available... where are they now?
Skerrit promised alot in his '100 days.' Well, keep him too his word too deliver!!!

I agree, Labour in St.Lucia was heading towards a dictatorship too but the people kick them out, next is St.Vincent, Dominicans will understand very soon.

Those of you out there who do not understand; it is not that Skerrit has a psychological hold on the people; the opposition parties ran their campaigns on only the allegations of corruption. They offered only vagaries to the electorate. The Freedom Party had nobody with leadership skills or charismatic personality. The UWP had one person (Edison James)who has a judgment problem. The rest is a bunch of educated or privileged people who feel entitled to leadership because of whom they are. Then they all ganged up on Skerrit - rotten tactics. They made him win by a landslide.

Have you ever looked into his eyes? The man looks like a marjie noir.

If Petter Pepper is BORN AGAIN CHILD OF GOD HE NEED NOT FOLLOW SKERRIT, HE SHOULD GIVE RON GREEN HIS SEAT BACK IT DOES NOT BELONG TO HIM BEFORE GOD DEAL WITH HIM. SERRIT WIN BY A LANDSLIDE BECAUSE HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHERE HE WENT FOR POWER....TIME WILL TELL...WHO Laughs LAST laugh best. God is not a policeman.

To all Workers, weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning so hold on my fellow workers.

I really don't understand why they would give a power-hungry man so much more power, democracy is gone.

The gates are now open to receive chineese and Venezuelans. The men from red square are also welcome. China town(dominica) just got the green light. Way to go. Someone once said, "never underestimate the power of stupid people assembled in small groups" I am not saying Dominicans are stupid. This is a response to an earlier comment

And the worst part is that STUPIDITY isn't written on anybody's face. It would be sight to behold though.
