Book on Diaspora and Development

Here is a recommendation for a book entitled "Diasporas and Development -Exploring the Potential" edited by Jennifer Brinkerhoff of George Washington University.

Thomson Fontaine Editor of theDominican.net has written a chapter for this book using Dominica as a case study for how the Diaspora can impact on National development. Dominica features alongside Afghanistan, Liberia, Iraq, China, Armenia, Ireland and Morocco. His chapter is "National Development Planning: The Case of Dominica." ( DAAS provided the inspiration).
