Washington, DC (TDN) -- The Washington Post recently published a highly sensitive and confidential US government document. It reveals a list of countries, foreign factions, political organizations and other entities that the United States National Security Agency (NSA) could conduct surveillance on as well as intercept information.

This was part of a 2010 certification approved by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which provided legal cover for the NSA to gather foreign intelligence.

Two organizations said to be controlled by a foreign government and targeted for surveillance is the Bolivarian Alternative of the Americas (ALBA) and the Petro Caribes, S.A.
